Fitment Guarantee
Reproduction Wheels New Zealand is not responsible for fitment issues or incorrect purchase decisions. Ensuring proper fitment of our wheels is the responsibility of the dealer or the customer. When placing an order, customers must provide the most accurate information, including details about any custom modifications to the vehicle, such as ride height, oversized brakes, guard modifications, and inner and outer fender clearances.

In the case of plus-sizing, modifications may be required to prevent obstructions. Always test fit wheels before mounting, as wheels that have been mounted with tires are non-returnable.

Delivery / Handling Times
Due to the size of the goods, shipping addresses must be either residential or business. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

After an order is placed, we require 1-2 business days to prepare and pack the items for shipment. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, with faster shipping available to most major cities. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies. In cases of lost or damaged goods, we will make every effort to resolve the situation promptly, but there may be further delays beyond our control.

• Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that the fitment information provided is accurate and complete. Incorrect fitment or details may result in non-returnable purchases.

• Return Policy: Wheels that have been mounted with tires are non-returnable. Please carefully review your purchase before mounting.

• Shipping & Delivery: We aim for timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.

• Liability: Reproduction Wheels New Zealand is not liable for any modifications made to the vehicle or issues arising from improper use, including racing or non-standard vehicle conditions.
