Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Wheels from Reproduction Wheels New Zealand are covered by a limited warranty detailed here. In case of problems or returns, please contact your selling outlet directly and we will work with them to resolve the problem. Wheels will only be accepted by Reproduction Wheels New Zealand if the products do not meet the manufacturer’s standard and will be backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted because of an incorrect decision on wheels chosen or purchased in error by the purchaser. In the rare occasion whereby Reproduction Wheels New Zealand accepts returns, there will be further charges and restocking fees incurred by the purchaser.

Please note that all pictures on the website are taken under lighting and may vary from the actual colour in person. We aim to take the pictures as close to the true colour as possible, but there will be colours that are very difficult to represent accurately. All pictures are for illustration purposes ONLY. We take no responsibility if an incorrect colour is purchased.

Returns

RETURN POLICY:
Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in original boxes with all packaging.

YOU HAVE 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO NOTIFY US IF ANY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

Wheels which have been installed on a vehicle or had tyres mounted onto them are NON-RETURNABLE.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to items returned after 30 days. No returns accepted after 90 days. No exceptions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@reproductionwheels.co.nz and we will send you details accordingly.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 48 hours using couriers. To return your product, we will send you details accordingly. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
